GMC Terrain

The GMC Terrain is always one of the top compact SUVs, and the 2022 model has undergone some changes. First, the SL trim is no more, as the SLE is now the base. Plus, the AT4 trim has been added to the lineup. And while a 170-horsepower 1.5-liter, four-cylinder engine is standard across the board, each trim has its own unique features.

GMC Terrain SLE

Even though it’s the base trim, the SLE comes with a variety of standard features, including alloy wheels and a leather-wrapped steering wheel. You will also get:

  • Wireless Android Auto™
  • Wireless Apple CarPlay®
  • Four USB ports
  • A Wi-Fi hot spot
  • Bluetooth®
  • Proximity keyless entry
  • Lane departure warning
  • Automatic emergency braking
  • Pedestrian detection
  • Lane keep assist
  • Automatic high-beam headlights

GMC Terrain SLT

You’ll get even more features with the SLT trim. These include leather-appointed seats, a power-adjustable driver’s seat, and heated front seats. An eight-inch touchscreen, a navigation system, and a hands-free liftgate are also standard.

GMC Terrain AT4

The AT4 trim is new for 2022, and if you’re an off-roader, this is the one for you. In addition to all-wheel drive, it comes with a front skid plate and Goodyear Sport Terrain tires.

GMC Terrain Denali

The top trim Denali comes with ventilated front seats, heated outboard seats, and a heated steering wheel. Wireless device charging and a seven-speaker Bose® stereo are also standard. The suite of safety features gets augmented as well, as blind spot monitoring, front and rear parking sensors, and rear cross-traffic alert are all included.
