Great customer service.

I scheduled my appointment online, got the confirmation email, the clerk at desk said not to use the online service and to call because it did not go through. Then take your website down. Also I didn’t like the tone I was spoken to, I am a costumer and should be treated nice, not spoken down to. I think I will take my service somewhere else.

Gil was very helpful and my car was fixed right away.

First service on new Terrain; accomplished on time, complete and courteously.

Two experiences. First was when i showed up for an appt I had made online and was told they hadn't received it, and that their online signup was sort of funky. Made an appt for several days later, arrived on time and was promptly signed in and the inspection needed was quickly and efficiently done. Had a $25 coupon for service, but was told that I couldn't use it for inspection. Should have been clearer on the coupon what it was good for. Mentioned my previous visit issue and was again told their system sometimes did that. Get it fixed, guys!

Your Service Assistant Joe was very helpful in getting my key back to me. However, it did take a long time to get the fob to the dealership.

Dealership service was okay, over substantially priced for an oil change. They performed the transmission recall software update. They were relatively quick with the service. The more I researched the transmission valve body issue the more I am frustrated with GM. They really don’t have a viable solution other than a possible warning thru software that a forthcoming failure is pending. The valve body replacement GM is using is no better than the ones that failed and some of the replacements have likewise failed. NextGen has apparently reverse engineered the failure, solved the problem and has a replacement valve body that has had zero subsequent failures for about $896.00. I was looking at new GM either 1500 or 2500 diesel AT4X Bison’s but have concerns over the transmission issues. I wouldn’t consider any of the 6.2L gas motors that are under the recalls. I am considering trading my vehicle for another brand truck without any significant unresolved recall issues. GM has not been handling and resolving these significant recalls in a manner acceptable overall to the customers of these expensive trucks.

I had an 8:00 appointment. I checked in with my book and my tea, then settled in to wait for the work on my car to be completed, I received a text that informed me that I could ask if the work was on track. The waiting room was pleasant, and happily, I ended up having a great conversation with a fellow waiter. The time went by quickly and I was on my way home by 9:15. Work completed, staff professional and pleasant.

I signed up for the Peruzzi Care Plus plan and I was under the impression that the vehicle would be washed when I received it. The tech noted a low tire air pressure and quoted me for a patch in which I declined but did not add air to the low tire. I don’t agree that there is a hole in the tire

It amazed me that as i walked in BEFORE my truck was taken in i was told the history of my truck indicated i needed a tire rotation and an alignment!!! Stop trying to create a bill. You will be paid! FYI. My truck had 10k miles on it! I dont believe the service guy even knew what color it was but could tell it needed an alignment. Disappointing

I was originally going to get a safety inspection for a new warranty but then found out my warranty was still good till December of 26th. Got the oil change I was scheduled to have at 8:00 and they took me right on time. Once again, Joe Kerwick was wonderful to deal with. Very respectful and professional.

Very long afternoon. Everyone forgot it was June 19th therefore banking information was difficult to acquire. Although, we as buyers could have brought account and banking information for the trade-in, the dealership should have alerted us as to the date and notified us to bring financial information if they wanted to make a smooth and uncomplicated deal. We nearly walked out of the dealership several times. The entire process should have then been far less stressful and aggravating. The Denali is gorgeous , but the time at the dealership was extremely tedious and unpleasant.

When making appointment I wasn’t aware that there was a question whether I was waiting or dropping off. Appointment was for 10:30. I was waiting for it and service manager said he would take it as soon as he could fit it. I was taken quickly and was done within reason. However, not sure the multipoint inspection was done. Tire pressure wasn’t checked, so not sure what might have been missed.

Paid to have a dash cam installed. Installer place can where the sd card is block in by Constar. This was a GM sponsored accessory and should have been properly installed.

Great, friendly overall experience from check-in to check-out! The AC problem in our 2018 Encore was resolved in 2 days and our protection plan covered everything except the deductible. Good communications along the way. Compare this to one of those chains I made the mistake of going to earlier with another car. I recommend Peruzzi!

Took my 2017 Silverado 1500 in for inspection. It was inspected and finished on time

I took my Buick in for a wheel alignment. When the tech checked my vehicle it just needed a minor adjustment. The best part was they discounted the price, because it was a minor adjustment.

Brought my 2025 Buick Envista in for initial oil change and tire rotation, everything went great and there was no charge! What’s better than that?

I was treated with respect and was happy about that. However, I do not think the problem was addressed. The strips along the back hatch do need to be glued down at the top. This was an ongoing issue until new strips were found to stopwater leakage in the wheel well that caused mold to build up under the carpet. Once new strips were glued, carpet replaced all was good. Now strips have pulled away at top where they had been secure. I'm still concerned that water will leak into car again. Double backed tape might not do the job. I don't want it to lead to another mold build up nightmare.
