I was treated with respect and was happy about that. However, I do not think the problem was addressed. The strips along the back hatch do need to be glued down at the top. This was an ongoing issue until new strips were found to stopwater leakage in the wheel well that caused mold to build up under the carpet. Once new strips were glued, carpet replaced all was good. Now strips have pulled away at top where they had been secure. I'm still concerned that water will leak into car again. Double backed tape might not do the job. I don't want it to lead to another mold build up nightmare.

I arrived at 8:00 am. I needed my inspection and emissions completed. In addition, I needed tire rotation, new wiper blades and a wheel alignment. I was on my way home a little after Noon. The staff were very courteous but it seemed that there weren’t as many staff members as usual. I always have had great service at Peruzzi and feel confident that they check all the boxes. I feel confident that my 2018 Encore is safe to drive.

I have a car with 1k miles on it which broke down and I had to have it towed to Peruzzi where I purchased it. It was a Sunday so was towed there on Monday car there is no where to leave it on a Sunday so luckily it was at a friends house. Then they were booked with appointments and weren’t able to look at it u til Tuesday afternoon and “it fixed itself” is what I’m told. I am very busy at work at this time of year and requested a loaner for Monday and was told they couldn’t until the looked at it and they were too booked to do so. Not acceptable as far as I’m concerned. It’s a brand new expensive car and there should be someone there that could have at least looked at it or just make the call to give me a loaner until they could.

I recently needed some repair work done on my bumper due to my Encore getting stuck on top of an ice mound. I quickly called your Service Department and explained that I needed to come in . The young lady in the Service department promptly and courtiously transferred me to your Body Shop and my call was received by Jose. He asked me to come over for an estimate. He took photos when I arrived and within a day I had an estimate that was fair and affordable, so I made the appointment. Every person on the front counter were all exceptionally nice and treated every phone call and customer with professional customer service. I was able to wait there for my vehicle to be repaired. I am grateful for the excellent work the gentleman who repaired my bumper. Well done! I will absolutely recommend your services to my friends.

I called at 2:30 in the afternoon about my tire loosing air. Peruzzi was able to fit me in to look at my tire. They kept me informed. I am glad they were able to help me.

Brought it in to fix the rear seat driver side door lock. Charged 175. And they could not fix the problem. Wanted $299. To keep working on it

i was some what dissapointed because after spending $45000 for a new car go to find out I dont even get an owners manual with my purchase, yes they said i can go on the screen inside the car but i like to be able to read about all the fine features the car has in a booklet form!

Have been servicing my last 3 cars here. Have a 2012 Buick LaCrosse that has been great and I want to keep. In for routine service & they found I needed a rear shock absorber. These are generally replaced in pairs, which they did & got the job done for me as I needed my car back same day

I did not purchase my Envision at Peruzzi, but it will be my preferred service dealership as it is only 3 miles from my home. The staff was warm and welcoming when I stop[ed in t make an appointment, and service was done with a friendly smile even on a very busy day. The day of my service a salesman got right up from having his lunch to welcome me and see how he could help. I plan to have my Envision for a long time, but when the time comes I'd feel very comfortable buying at Peruzzi.

Dropped vehicle off on a Saturday morning for monday evaluation and did not receive vehicle until Thursday! Need more mechanics. Too long a wait and was never offered a loaner

experience was average, it was only for an inspection. My biggest issue using Peruzzi at this point is the service charge for using credit cards. That's your cost of doing business, with prices for service I believe you should not pass that on to the consumer.

I recently brought my GMC Terrain in for its yearly inspection and 45,000-mile checkup. I was told that the vehicle did not need any attention and that everything checked out fine. While that sounds great, I left feeling unsure about the thoroughness of the service. My vehicle has about 46,000 miles on it, and I have not had to replace the brakes yet, which is wonderful. However, I now travel for work and have recently noticed a vibration when applying the brakes. I specifically asked about the brakes and rotors and was told they were fine. Another concern was the tire rotation. I was told my rear tire tread was equal, which seemed odd because one of my rear tires was replaced only about two months ago. After the tires were supposedly rotated, that newer tire was still in the same rear passenger-side spot. To their credit, the rotation charge was deducted from my bill after I pointed out that they were indeed not rotated. Nonetheless it made me question whether any or all of the services were actually performed as stated. There were also smaller details, like no oil change sticker being placed on my windshield. By itself, that may not seem like a big deal, but combined with the concerns about the tires, brakes, and inspection, it left me wondering how I can be confident the oil change and other checks were completed properly. I understand mistakes can happen, but when customers rely on a dealership for safety inspections and maintenance, especially for a vehicle used for work travel, accuracy and transparency matter. I left feeling disappointed and uncertain instead of reassured. And it makes me hesitant to purchase a new vehicle from Peruzzi that I am currently interested in.

The wait time to receive the truck back was acceptable, and once the parts were received, the work itself was completed in a timely manner. I also want to note that the service representatives I have worked with have been helpful and professional throughout the process. That said, I have had several concerns since receiving the vehicle back. When I picked up the truck on Wednesday evening, I noticed that the front bumper had been scratched. Your team advised that this would be addressed and that I would be updated on the next steps. The following day, while I was out to dinner with my wife, the truck lost all power. There were no dash lights, and the vehicle would not start. I opened the hood, assuming it was battery-related, and found that the positive cable was only partially seated on the terminal, while the negative cable was completely loose and had not been tightened after service. I was able to hold the cable in place long enough for my wife to start the truck so I could get it home and properly tighten the connection. I then dropped the truck off last Friday to have the bumper scratch repaired. When I received the vehicle back, the paintwork was not acceptable. There were visible runs, tape lines, orange peel, and areas that appeared to have been wet-sanded but not polished, leaving the finish dull. I brought the vehicle back to the dealer yesterday and am currently awaiting a response on how this will be corrected. Additionally, I pointed out a broken wire harness mount under the hood, as well as an oil cooler line that does not appear to be properly secured and is able to slide side to side. I would like confirmation that both of these items will also be addressed. Lastly, when I originally picked up the truck, there was grease on multiple quarter panels, including areas at the rear of the vehicle, which is concerning given that the work was performed in the engine compartment. There was also a dent on the driver-side fender near the hood, which I ultimately had repaired at my own expense through my personal PDR technician. At this point, I would appreciate a clear response outlining how the remaining issues will be corrected, including the bumper paintwork, broken wire harness mount, and oil cooler line installation. I would also like to understand what steps will be taken to ensure the vehicle is returned in proper condition moving forward.

I made my appointment online a week in advance for 7:30 AM appointment. I dropped my car off before closing the day before. I was met by Gil who went over what they would be doing for my inspection, maintenance and tire rotation and Hil suggest that that since my oil change was due in July, I might as well get it done now instead of having to bring it back in a couple week. Gil also explained the mechanic may be suggesting a couple other things GM is know recommending depending on what they find due to the age of my car . By 10 AM the next morning I had a full detailed report on what the mechanic found and what he suggested I should get done. I was hoping to get my car back by noon because that’s what time I got done work that day, sure enough I had a friend drop me off at noon. My car was completely done not only did they do the inspection, tire rotation, oil change and maintenance but also they did something that cleaned my fuel injection and also cleaned my oil above and beyond the oil change. It was the best service! I was informed the whole time, they were in touch with me and it was prompt and they helped me figure out what coupons I could use. It was fantastic. Very easy, prompt and my car is in great shape again! Thank so much Gil and Peruzzi and especially my mechanic.

From check-in to check-out my service was great. Gil provided best advice for current/ongoing service needs and Casey provided the video documentation for my service and inspection. Great job by both!

The experience I’ve had isn’t the greatest for starters I came in the dealership knowing what vehicle I wanted so that helped the sales person out a bit but I wasn’t given any color options. The vehicle I test drove was the only vehicle offered to me. After couple of days after getting my brand new 2026 I couldn’t get it out of park brought in the service department on a Monday and didn’t get my car back until a week and two days later. It was an unusual circumstance but the customer service was horrible had to wait three days just for a rental and the day I was given to pick it up I had to wait an additional day for something else that went wrong with the car that was communicated until the day of. This wasn’t my first car buying experience but by far the worst. I hope in the future customer service will get better.

The teller I was dealing with was very professional and willing to help me out in anyway possible while anwering my questions. I am however not to happy that I had to clean my stearing wheel and my windshield due to a large amount of grease finger prints left behind on my steering wheel and my wind shield. I do not think its very professional for a tech to leave the mess he did in my practically brand new truck and I had to clean up his mess.

The gentleman that checked me in was very nice. I asked about tire rotation being included with the oil change. I mentioned that Goodyear among other Service stations usually offer free tire rotation with oil change and that I knew Goodyears special for August was $20 off oil change and free tire rotation. I said i don't mind paying the extra ($30) for the oil change but could they throw in the tire rotation? They said no and the manager? acted a little nasty about it. I have leased 4 cars now from Perruzzi GMC , purchased my sons car there and had my mom lease from there. I mean seriously an additional $38 to move the tires around. Anyway, i'll be going elsewhere from now on.

When I picked up my vehicle I thought it was done. But I received a call that the part came in and I have to drop it off again.

I showed up 15 minutes early for an 8:00 am. Oil change. Gil told me they would call me when it was completed. They had me scheduled as a drop off. I clearly told the young lady I would be waiting for my vehicle, as I only have one mode of transportation. So then I had to wait until 10:00 am before it even got up on the lift. When it was done I proceeded to get in my truck when I noticed dirty oil prints and smugdes all over my door handle, door pillar, headlight switch...and just today all over my radio controls. Why was the mechanic even listening to my radio?.And they wear latex gloves to keep oil and dirt from getting on their hands, yet didn't remove them when handling my truck. Very pissed as I just paid $150.00 to have my truck detailed for some idiot mechanic to ruin it in less than three hours. Rethinking ever using PERUZZI in the future. However, I just paid for a special for three oil changes...so I guess I'll see what happens next go around

I had been shopping around at several other dealerships and had my overall best experience at Peruzzi Buick GMC. Jason, the general manager was open and honest from my initial phone call when I was pricing out a 2026 GMC Acadia. I had done my research and knew exactly what SUV I wanted. Although he did not have it on his lot, he was able to get me the exact car that I was interested in. I didn’t even need to wait 24 hours. I was looking at another local GMC dealership and had a terrible experience there. They were trying to take advantage of me (probably because I’m a single woman). Peruzzi saved me $3600 compared to the other dealership. The other dealership was trying to significantly mark up the price of everything-warranties as well. Jason gave me a fair price for the warranties that I was interested in. It was such a smooth process. Tyler, the sales rep, showed empathy and was very knowledgeable in explaining the features of the car with me. Alex, the finance person, knew the system and explained the documents efficiently so it wasn’t a long process. I cannot rave about Peruzzi Buick GMC enough! Thank you for helping me get the SUV that I wanted without the hassle!
