Took 3.5 hours for oil change and tire rotation. Added 2 one hour updates to computers without my knowledge. Had to sit 3.5 hours before I found what they were doing

Always have good service here. Associates are friendly & let me know when something needs to be done - like a wheel alignment after this pot-hole filled winter, or when I can wait b/c it’s not time yet.

Everything was great. Easy to get an appointment. The issue was corrected and my car was returned on time. Also the shuttle person (Charlie) was nice.

I had an 8:00 appointment. I checked in with my book and my tea, then settled in to wait for the work on my car to be completed, I received a text that informed me that I could ask if the work was on track. The waiting room was pleasant, and happily, I ended up having a great conversation with a fellow waiter. The time went by quickly and I was on my way home by 9:15. Work completed, staff professional and pleasant.

I signed up for the Peruzzi Care Plus plan and I was under the impression that the vehicle would be washed when I received it. The tech noted a low tire air pressure and quoted me for a patch in which I declined but did not add air to the low tire. I don’t agree that there is a hole in the tire

It amazed me that as i walked in BEFORE my truck was taken in i was told the history of my truck indicated i needed a tire rotation and an alignment!!! Stop trying to create a bill. You will be paid! FYI. My truck had 10k miles on it! I dont believe the service guy even knew what color it was but could tell it needed an alignment. Disappointing

I was originally going to get a safety inspection for a new warranty but then found out my warranty was still good till December of 26th. Got the oil change I was scheduled to have at 8:00 and they took me right on time. Once again, Joe Kerwick was wonderful to deal with. Very respectful and professional.

Very long afternoon. Everyone forgot it was June 19th therefore banking information was difficult to acquire. Although, we as buyers could have brought account and banking information for the trade-in, the dealership should have alerted us as to the date and notified us to bring financial information if they wanted to make a smooth and uncomplicated deal. We nearly walked out of the dealership several times. The entire process should have then been far less stressful and aggravating. The Denali is gorgeous , but the time at the dealership was extremely tedious and unpleasant.

When making appointment I wasn’t aware that there was a question whether I was waiting or dropping off. Appointment was for 10:30. I was waiting for it and service manager said he would take it as soon as he could fit it. I was taken quickly and was done within reason. However, not sure the multipoint inspection was done. Tire pressure wasn’t checked, so not sure what might have been missed.

The wait for my inspection went quickly only a bit over an hour. The waiting room room as always was clean & the seating, comfy.

Great, friendly overall experience from check-in to check-out! The AC problem in our 2018 Encore was resolved in 2 days and our protection plan covered everything except the deductible. Good communications along the way. Compare this to one of those chains I made the mistake of going to earlier with another car. I recommend Peruzzi!

Took my 2017 Silverado 1500 in for inspection. It was inspected and finished on time

I took my Buick in for a wheel alignment. When the tech checked my vehicle it just needed a minor adjustment. The best part was they discounted the price, because it was a minor adjustment.

Paid to have a dash cam installed. Installer place can where the sd card is block in by Constar. This was a GM sponsored accessory and should have been properly installed.

My concern was addressed quickly even though I was a without an appointment.

My salesman Dan Heron was helpful but not pushy or overly aggressive. The offer for my trade was relatively fair and not insultingly low like some dealers are known to do.

I was treated with respect and was happy about that. However, I do not think the problem was addressed. The strips along the back hatch do need to be glued down at the top. This was an ongoing issue until new strips were found to stopwater leakage in the wheel well that caused mold to build up under the carpet. Once new strips were glued, carpet replaced all was good. Now strips have pulled away at top where they had been secure. I'm still concerned that water will leak into car again. Double backed tape might not do the job. I don't want it to lead to another mold build up nightmare.

Mike and Jason were great to work with when I purchased my new truck, wouldn't go work with anyone else when purchasing a vehicle

I arrived at 8:00 am. I needed my inspection and emissions completed. In addition, I needed tire rotation, new wiper blades and a wheel alignment. I was on my way home a little after Noon. The staff were very courteous but it seemed that there weren’t as many staff members as usual. I always have had great service at Peruzzi and feel confident that they check all the boxes. I feel confident that my 2018 Encore is safe to drive.

This is my second purchase of a new vehicle with Peruzzi within the past 13 months, and once again it was a great experience. Dan was knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant to work with throughout the process. The pricing was very reasonable, and everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. I recently needed some repair work done on my bumper due to my Encore getting stuck on top of an ice mound. I quickly called your Service Department and explained that I needed to come in . The young lady in the Service department promptly and courtiously transferred me to your Body Shop and my call was received by Jose. He asked me to come over for an estimate. He took photos when I arrived and within a day I had an estimate that was fair and affordable, so I made the appointment. Every person on the front counter were all exceptionally nice and treated every phone call and customer with professional customer service. I was able to wait there for my vehicle to be repaired. I am grateful for the excellent work the gentleman who repaired my bumper. Well done! I will absolutely recommend your services to my friends.

The people here are great. I needed a part ordered for my car. They ordered it quickly it came in a timely fashion. They allowed me to go in and get it fixed on a Saturday, which is a busy day but the only day I could get there.

The dealership was very responsive and did a great job providing the exact truck I wanted at a good price, and a fair trade in value. I highly recommend them.

I have a car with 1k miles on it which broke down and I had to have it towed to Peruzzi where I purchased it. It was a Sunday so was towed there on Monday car there is no where to leave it on a Sunday so luckily it was at a friends house. Then they were booked with appointments and weren’t able to look at it u til Tuesday afternoon and “it fixed itself” is what I’m told. I am very busy at work at this time of year and requested a loaner for Monday and was told they couldn’t until the looked at it and they were too booked to do so. Not acceptable as far as I’m concerned. It’s a brand new expensive car and there should be someone there that could have at least looked at it or just make the call to give me a loaner until they could.
