My experience at Peruzzi was a very pleasant one. My salesman Chris O'Donnell was a very nice and helpful young man. He is a treasure. I also had a good experience with Michael who did my paper work. I love my new red Buick Lacrosse and once I figure out all of the gadgets I will love it even more. Chris O'Donnell explained them to me twice, but at the age of 66, I am not too good with technical things. Thanks for making my first car purchase on my own, a very pleasant one. The salesman was there for me during and after the sale. Minor issues that were not satisfactory were quickly repaired to my satisfaction. The service people were friendly, knowledgable, and took care of things in a timely manner. They even provided a rental car and transportation when my car had to be kept over night. Other auto dealers should take lessons of professionalism from Sales and Service at Peruzzi. We had our eight year old daughter with us the day of purchase and they made the situation very fun for her.
